We are now recruiting for a Mental Health Practitioner to join a well-established NHS trust based in Norwich, Norfolk. The post on offer will be an immediate start for an ongoing period of 3 months. Working full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
The successful Practitioner will manage a defined caseload using specialist knowledge and advanced clinical reasoning to undertake assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care programs. The successful practitioner will take an active role in the holistic assessment and treatment of children who present to the service with mental health problems, especially those at risk of or having attempted deliberate self-harm.
