Compass is seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join the Early Intervention and Targeted Support Service in North Derbyshire. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you’ll join our Early Intervention and Targeted Support Service in North Derbyshire, providing prevention, early intervention and targeted mental health and emotional wellbeing support across community and education settings.
You’ll support children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing difficulties, carrying out assessments, managing a caseload and delivering structured, evidence based and therapy informed interventions.
You’ll use outcome measures to inform clinical decisions, respond to risk and safeguarding concerns, and help children, young people and families access the right support at the right time.
As a senior practitioner, you’ll also provide specialist advice, consultation and training, alongside clinical supervision and professional support to colleagues.
You’re an experienced practitioner with a genuine passion for improving outcomes for children and young people.
You’ll bring:
Experience of supervision or management training, a relevant postgraduate or mentorship qualification, CBT informed supervision, inducting new staff, or working within community or education settings would be welcomed.
