There is an expectation to work to work 1 weekend in 4 on a four week rota basis.Salary
This position is full time,youll receive an annual salary up to £47,466per annum - depending on experience.

As a Senior Nurse in our integrated mental health team youwill be responsible for assessment and ongoing management of our patientsmental health needs. You will workcollaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team as an autonomous practitionermanaging a caseload of patients, assessing their physical, social andpsychological needs to develop a holistic health care plan.
You will contribute to our nursing strategy and vision to;
Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients, seekingout, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalisedand informed by what matters to them.
Deliver non-judgemental care, building therapeutic relationships and promotingprofessional boundaries. You will play an active part in the assessment,planning, implementation and evaluation of the patients care following ourpolicies and procedures and always considering safeguarding.
Inspire excellence in your colleagues by pro-actively leading andmotivating the team, recognising that our workforce is our most valuableasset. You will forge strong links withour partners and stakeholders, providing a service that people can trust, feelsafe within, and feel proud of.
