Senior Membership Manager, THE TALENT SET

Overview

We are working with a fantastic membership body seeking a Senior Membership Manager to start on a contract in August 2025. Please get in touch if this opportunity interests you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance and communicate effectively membership propositions.
  • Attend key meetings across directorates to understand industry trends, gather insights, and obtain feedback.
  • Help increase membership revenue targets by passing on sales opportunities to the commercial and events team.
  • Network at key events and conferences, representing the organization positively to grow the membership base.
  • Lead strategic membership initiatives and contribute to the overall strategy, including managing key account programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Proven track record in account management and membership management.
  • Experience in membership retention and recruitment strategies.
  • Background in sales, business development, or membership roles.
  • Desirable: Financial membership experience or similar.
  • Experience in a membership/trade association environment with a commercial focus.
Contract Details

This is a 9-12 month contract, with interviews scheduled shortly for a mid-August start. Candidates on a 1-3 month notice period are also considered.

The role pays £60,000 (pro-rata).
