Job summary

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Medicines Optimisation Senior Lead to drive strategic programmes across the Thames Valley system. You will translate system priorities into measurable improvements, lead teams, and provide senior specialist advice to partners and decision-makers.

You will act as a senior leader within the delegated function and support the wider medicines optimisation service while ensuring collaboration, innovation and patient safety are at the forefront of

Qualifications

• GPhC registration as pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
• Master's level qualification or equivalent senior experience.
• Line management and leadership training or background.
• Experience in leadership roles within medicines optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across medicines optimisation portfolios.
• Lead complex programmes across organisational boundaries and develop teams.
• Deputise for heads and translate priorities into measurable improvements.
