Responsibilities include:

• Leading discussions on therapy areas and treatment decision drivers with clients and external experts.
• Managing content delivery for complex projects with minimal supervision.
• Developing compelling narratives from complex scientific information.
• Reviewing junior writers' work and providing constructive feedback.
• Challenging and evolving client briefs to ensure high standards.
• Leading scientific discussions and presenting work confidently to clients.
• Supporting business development and mentoring junior staff.
• Ensuring timely project completion and quality standards.

Ideal candidate qualities:

• Experience in medical writing within an agency environment.
• Master’s degree in life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, or related field; PhD preferred.
• Excellent English language skills and attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Veeva experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
