Job summary

Medical Talent is seeking an experienced medical writer to deliver bold, thoughtful content across therapy areas, helping improve patients' lives.

You'll create content across slide decks, infographics, videos, eLearning and websites, shape strategy, and turn complex science into clear copy. You will also mentor junior writers and contribute ideas beyond briefs.

The work

You'll bring scientific rigour and creative thinking to a varied mix of projects.

• Create content across slide decks, infographics, videos, eLearning and websites.
• Help shape strategy, contributing ideas rather than simply delivering against a brief.
• Find the story in the science, making complex information clear and compelling.
• Support junior writers, developing their confidence, creativity and scientific storytelling.

What you'll bring

You're confident working across promotional and medical affairs projects, from reference packs and slide decks to digital content. You know how to turn detailed science into sharp infographics and engaging web copy.

You'll bring fresh thinking to briefs, energy to the team and a willingness to help others develop.

You'll also need:

• A life sciences degree, with an MSc or PhD advantageous.
• At least three years' writing experience within a medical communications agency.
• UK residency and the right to work without visa sponsorship.
