Key Responsibilities:

Medical Writing

• Develop clear, scientifically accurate content across formats—slide decks, video scripts, web copy, publications, summaries, and more. Pure mixture between pubs and med affairs.
• Ensure materials meet client objectives, are appropriately referenced, and align with target audiences
• Present content updates to clients and liaise with subject matter experts to gain approvals
• Confidently attend onsite meetings and contribute to deliverables such as advisory boards
• Participate in internal data checking and provide basic content reviews for peers

Scientific Engagement

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant therapy areas and products
• Conduct thorough literature research and integrate findings into deliverables
• Share key scientific developments with teams and clients

Project Support

• Join client meetings, contribute to project planning, and communicate updates clearly
• Help identify potential issues and escalate concerns when needed
• Follow SOPs, manage time effectively, and prioritize across accounts
• Work within allocated hours and ensure accurate, timely time tracking

Qualifications
