Job summary

Lexington Medical, Inc. in Bedford, MA seeks a Senior Quality Control Technician to inspect AEON stapler components using GD&T, OGP, and Keyence vision systems. You will interpret complex drawings, decide how to measure features, and ensure only true nonconformances reach engineering.

The role combines hands-on inspection with documentation, NCR writing, and process improvement in a medical device cleanroom, Monday–Friday, on site.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of GD&T and complex engineering drawings.
• Experience reading and interpreting GD&T callouts and datum structures.
• Hands-on experience with vision measurement systems (OGP/Keyence).
• Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and optical comparators; Excel for data recording.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of AEON stapler components per procedures and drawings.
• Interpret GD&T callouts and select measurement methods for each feature.
• Run inspections on OGP and Keyence vision systems; identify fixturing or measurement issues.
• Document NCRs and ensure traceability of lots and materials.
