Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree educated in life sciences or medicine.
• Medical affairs experience in pharma/biotech.
• People management experience desirable but not essential.
• A genuine interest in people leadership is essential.
• Proven experience as a final ABPI signatory.
• Strategic thinking and cross-functional partnerships.
• Cardiovascular knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical leadership across the cardiovascular portfolio.
• Co-lead brand strategy with cross-functional partners.
• Adapt global/region strategy to local priorities and plans.
• Shape evidence generation and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Engage external experts and key stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Value & Access on lifecycle planning and patient access.
• Contribute to UK & Ireland affiliate strategy and planning.
• Support evidence generation planning and studies.
• Lead site/investigator identification with clinical operations.
• Lead and develop assigned team members through coaching and development.
• Deliver therapy area and product-specific medical training.
• Provide medical review/approval support for materials.
