Job description

Insight Global is hiring for a Senior Media Specialist with a leading audio technology client. This individual will be responsible for assisting in the development, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across multiple channels globally across the Americas and EMEA. They will work closely with the Regional Media Leads, Global Media LT, creative teams, and external media partners, and will help bring media strategies to life, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.

This is an Inside IR35 contract and sits fully remote. The client is seeking an individual bilingual in English and German.

Must Haves:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in media operations, marketing, or digital media.
  • Proven track record of working with global or regional teams and managing media workflows.
  • Experience collaborating with external agencies and managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in the day-to-day execution of media plans across various channels, including digital (social, display, search, video), TV, radio, print, and OOH.
  • Strong understanding of media planning, execution, and measurement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Solid knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising technologies, and media tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with media management or project management tools is a plus.
  • Other: Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
