The Role:

• Leading partnership success: Account lead for several of Formula E’s key broadcasters and editorial partners, developing close working relationships and managing all day-to-day aspects of the partnerships.
• Orchestrating race day broadcasts: Management of race broadcast schedule, broadcast plans and host broadcasters’ representatives on-site at races as well as other events/activations.
• Shape the future of broadcast: Onboarding new and existing broadcast partners for next media rights cycle: providing hands-on training around Formula E’s future media product and broadcast tools.
• Amplifying our content portfolio: Support the wider team with distribution of Formula E’s content and programming portfolio to new and existing broadcasters and platforms.
• Driving media rights growth: Support the Media team’s distribution and commercialisation remit, participate in contract renewal discussions with key accounts and play an active role in rights sales processes within certain territories.
• Fostering internal collaboration: Close interaction with Formula E’s internal Business Intelligence, Marketing and Brand, Commercial and Partnerships Teams.

What we're looking for in you:

• Global industry leader: A strong Account Manager with industry experience ideally at broadcaster, media outlet, rightsholder or agency where you would have worked across international markets.
• Broadcast media rights expertise: In-depth understanding of broadcast media rights.
• Media platform acumen: Understanding of conventional and digital media platforms and their role in the modern marketing mix, particularly with multinational and global brands.
• Excellent relationship builder: Ability to build and foster impactful relationships with clients and internal colleagues.
• Multilingual communicator: Fluency in another international language (preferably in Spanish, French, German or Italian) would be beneficial but not essential.
