As part of the central Media Planning team, you will focus on delivering media campaigns on a global scale, working towards key upper and mid-funnel goals specifically to support the growth of DAZN expansion markets. We live, breathe, and think growth and are looking for someone who can take paid media campaign planning ownership, from briefing through to delivery and beyond, through a strategic lens to push channel innovation. In this role, you will be a key member of the DAZN Media Planning team, within the Marketing Operations organization, focusing on holistic paid media channel planning and proposing impactful and efficient media investments. This role is based in London.

As our new Senior Media Planning Manager, you'll have the opportunity to:
  1. Support the use of a consistent global media planning strategy, working closely with in-house channel leads and external agencies to define and implement best-in-class campaigns.
  2. Act as a central strategic guidance point for business stakeholders and a trusted source of full-funnel media planning expertise to shape DAZN’s paid media strategy and drive business success.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external teams to coordinate the production of cohesive, timely, and integrated media campaign plans.
  4. Manage and coordinate with media agencies on media planning, ATL, and local and international media from brief to execution and post-campaign analysis.
  5. Work closely with media partners to explore new opportunities and analyze past activities to unlock incremental gains for DAZN.
  6. Focus on learnings, the in-house testing roadmap, and measurement to drive innovation.
  7. Translate media buys into actionable placement insights, supporting the creation of native creative from our in-house teams.
You'll have:
  • Demonstrable experience in global media planning, managing multi-market campaigns.
  • Media agency management experience.
  • An understanding of full-funnel measurement frameworks, with expertise in upper and mid-funnel metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and internal/external stakeholders within tight timelines.
  • Experience in delivering innovative solutions to drive growth or solve complex problems.
  • Commercial understanding of the live sports and streaming landscape.
  • A proactive problem-solving attitude and an innovative mindset.
  • Confidence in translating technical media concepts into persuasive proposals to guide stakeholders.
  • A desire to learn and adapt in a flexible team environment.
  • Familiarity with creative briefing and channel-specific creative best practices.
  • Ability to implement new processes to improve team efficiency.
