Job summary

Mediaplus UK, part of the Serviceplan Group, is seeking a Senior Media Executive to join our independent media planning and buying team across London, Manchester and Birmingham. You will coordinate client requests, harmonise data from multiple markets and support reporting and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.

You will work with international teams, handle local market inputs, and help maintain central trackers and budgets.

Qualifications

• Around 1.5 - 3 years of experience in a media agency, advertising agency, marketing team or client-service environment.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage several workstreams and deadlines.
• Confident communicator with international teams and clear follow-ups with local agencies and clients.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel; SharePoint/Google Sheets are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection, harmonisation and maintaining media performance data across markets.
• Create and maintain central trackers covering KPIs, media activities and campaign status.
• Download and organise data from Meta, TikTok, DV360, Amazon and The Trade Desk for reporting.
• Update central reporting tools and dashboards; support data research tasks.
• Coordinate invoicing and budget tracking with internal teams and partners.
