Senior Media Account Manager (all genders), London
Client management:
- Build and maintain strong long-term partner brand relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key partner brand accounts.
- Understand partner objectives and translate them into effective media strategies.
- Lead status meetings.
Media planning and campaign management:
- Work closely with our partners, devising co-branded media strategies which deliver against both our objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, agency partners, in-house offline, digital and analytics teams for campaign execution.
- Coordinate media and creative briefs with partner brands.
- Lead media briefing meetings with our partner brands, agency partners and in-house media teams.
- Coordinate strategic response to brief with our media agency and in-house offline, digital, onsite and CRM teams.
- Define processes and workflows relating to co-branded campaigns.
- Monitor and optimise media performance to achieve partner brand KPI’s.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with creative teams on asset requirements and delivery.
- Work with internal and external teams to develop best practices across all elements of co-branded activity from audience definition through to measurement.
Collaboration:
- Build and manage strong working relationships with our external media agency and partner brands.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams within the marketing department to ensure seamless co-ordination and execution of campaigns across the entire customer journey.
- Manage campaign briefing with media agency, partners and creative to ensure media and creative goals are aligned.
- Foster collaboration across different business areas to achieve strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including team members, other department heads, and external partners.
- Act as a liaison between co-marketing, vendor management, creative, online marketing and onsite teams, providing regular updates on campaign strategy and media plans.
Communication and reporting:
- Coordinate and present campaign performance to partner brands.
- Use data and insights to recommend campaign optimisations and re-deployment of budget, when necessary.
- Manage PCA (post campaign analysis) process, identifying actionable insights to inform future campaign strategy.
Qualifications:
- Experience working within account management role either at a media agency or within internal retail media team.
- Proven experience managing high profile client accounts.
- Strong understanding of media planning across traditional and digital channels and campaign management.
- Knowledge of different media landscapes.
- Experience driving direction and alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with media agencies.
- Experience working with internal and/or external creative agencies.
- Understanding of different measurement frameworks such as MMM, incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, German a plus.
