Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Site Manager to lead and oversee mechanical works on-site, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mechanical engineering within a site management role, with the ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of all mechanical site operations.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all mechanical installation and maintenance activities.

• Ensure projects are delivered according to technical specifications, timelines, and cost parameters.

• Manage and lead on-site teams, including engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and technicians.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations.

• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and other discipline leads to resolve technical or logistical issues.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the site team.

• Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation including progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments.

• Ensure all mechanical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and legislation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale mechanical projects

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, piping, plumbing, or other applicable disciplines.

• Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent understanding of construction safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
