Qualifications

• Proven track record in project management at large-scale installations.
• Experience in Data Centre or similar high-value projects.
• Experience delivering full contract management at project level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational project team to meet programme, cost, safety and quality objectives.
• Take overall responsibility for Building Services installation on the project.
• Deliver a quality installation in line with client expectations while maximising profitability.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and manage project costs.
• Manage staff performance with clear roles and responsibilities.
• Promote Health & Safety and mitigate project risks.
• Share best practice and drive innovation on site.
• Oversee commissioning and a smooth final handover.
