Job summary

SES Engineering Services is seeking a Mechanical Senior Project Engineer to join our Central team, supporting technically complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across the South-West, based at HMP Erlestoke, Wiltshire.

The role focuses on providing visible leadership, direction and foresight in the safe, profitable delivery of schemes, while achieving excellent customer satisfaction and developing the on-site MEP team.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Engineer role requiring leadership in complex MEP projects.
• Experience delivering electrical services engineering from pre-construction to handover.
• Ability to mentor and lead an on-site MEP team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical services engineering elements from pre-construction to project completion, including design and procurement.
• Lead the full MEP works on site focusing on safety, quality, programme and budget, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Lead the overall MEP team, providing mentorship and ensuring integration with the wider construction team.
