Qualifications

• 10 years of field experience in mechanical construction – plumbing and/or HVAC.
• Competent with scheduling software.
• Understanding of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate the activities of site teams.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues.
• Attend site surveys and produce detailed Site Audit Reports.
