SMMA has an opportunity for a Senior Mechanical HVAC Engineer with 10+ years of experience, capable of leading various design projects, and possessing strong leadership, technical, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide project leadership from concept design through construction administration across different project types.
2. Guide and mentor junior team members through project design phases.
3. Represent the firm in client meetings and marketing pursuits.
4. Demonstrate experience with various system types and a willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in building systems design and project leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PE license is required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Load Calculation Programs, and MS Office.
