Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Senior Mechanical Estimator in Thame. This hybrid, office-based role involves preparing estimates for design-and-build mechanical packages, reviewing drawings, and building competitive tender prices for diverse projects from residential to commercial schemes.

Are you a Mechanical Estimator with experience in building services, looking to join a well-established, family-run business offering stability, continued growth and a long-term opportunity?

You'll be responsible for preparing estimates for new-build mechanical projects, reviewing drawings and specifications, completing material and labour take-offs and building competitive tender prices.

The company works on everything from individual houses and residential developments through to apartment schemes, care homes, schools and commercial buildings, as well as providing aftercare.

This is a senior position where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects and work closely with design, purchasing, clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will have previous mechanical estimating experience, with a strong understanding of mechanical building services. Experience working on new-build projects would be beneficial, although commercial building services experience will be considered.
