Job summary

ibse is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to take responsibility for the mechanical services and the overall coordination of all services across a wide range of projects. You will work within a multidisciplinary design team from feasibility through to detailed design and construction support.

The role involves leading teams on demanding projects in the UK and potentially overseas, working closely with clients, architects and other professionals to establish briefs, lead design, and develop solutions

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering projects within set timeframes.
Experience designing to British standards.
Strong communication skills.
Proven team player.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload to meet timescales.
Good problem solving/contingency planning skills.
Take responsibility for personal development.
Project a professional image to clients and colleagues.
Able to collaborate with others to form positive relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead teams on large-scale projects in the UK and potentially overseas.
