This Building Services Design consultancy based to the South West of Leeds is hoping for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team, or someone experienced that is able to work on their own projects, we would also consider Principal Engineers who are at the top of their game.

Ultimately, we re after engineers who was progression and aren t afraid to get stuck into the running of the business, with rewards that follow.

Having over 30 years experience of building environments and low energy designs, they offer a range of services including mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy, low carbon consultancy, BIM, and BREEAM. Working across many sectors such as banking/finance, retail, leisure centres, Student accommodation, high rise, conservation and historical buildings, this consultancy has several repeat clients which in turn offers the successful Electrical Engineer the chance to progress and learn quickly.

A large proportion of their work is within the M25 circle around London, but they have projects that span the country, meaning you ll be able to work on a range of schemes, large and small.

The team is made up of around 30 experienced engineers, designers and consultants collaborating to create energy-efficient systems in all of their projects from inception to completion. Their main priority is to always provide a high standard level of service to their clients which is what has gained them a reliable reputation in building services, thus resulting in long-term strong relationships with their customers. Using industry-leading technology such as AutoCAD and Revit MEP, they tailor systems to fit with their clients needs and wants.

Offering reports on dynamic thermal modelling, low and zero carbon energy, and daylight calculations, sustainability is at the heart of their projects. In this role, you will be supporting a Senior Engineer within a fast-paced environment, working on projects across the country.

What they are looking for in a successful Senior Mechanical Engineer:

• Proven Building Services design experience within a consultancy, client or contractor environment.
• Familiar with software packages such as Revit, AutoCAD, Amtech, Relux and Dialux would be advantageous
• Able to work on your own projects, or working towards this level.
• The ability to mix well within a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to grow and develop alongside the business
