Senior Mechanical Engineer required for our client based in Norwich. Our client specialises within the building services and construction industry. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be within the Building Services department delivering projects in a variety of sectors including schools, hospitals, and residential developments.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be joining an established team and be tasked with overseeing projects from their inception to completion and managing the wider team. Day-to-day tasks will include design specifications and calculations using specialist software such as AutoCAD and REVIT, as well as amending and improving existing drawings and control specifications to ensure sound engineering and effective design solutions. The ideal Senior Mechanical Engineer will be a Chartered member of IMechE or close to completing this.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer will have proven experience of producing mechanical services or building services designs from project commencement to completion in line with building regulations, legislation & CIBSE guidelines. Typical projects are new build or refurbishment works on commercial heating systems, ventilation systems, plumbing services, and building control systems.
