Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Manchester is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead building services design projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality designs.

You will mentor junior engineers, review contractor information, and support site activities while maintaining strong communication and commercial awareness on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.
• Working towards or holding professional accreditation (IEng/CEng preferred).
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, technical and commercial awareness.
• Ability to support and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of mechanical building services design projects from concept to completion.
• Coordinate project delivery with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Produce technical designs and calculations and review contractor information.

Your new role

You’ll lead the delivery of mechanical building services design projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include producing technical designs and calculations, coordinating project delivery, attending meetings, reviewing contractor information, supporting site activities, and mentoring junior engineers.
