Job Title: Senior Mechanical Engineer – up to Associate Director level
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days WFH)

Are you a driven and experienced Mechanical Engineer ready to take the next step in your career? Our client, a respected building services consultancy based in central London, is looking for a talented individual to join their growing team – with the flexibility to work from home three days a week.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close–knit, collaborative consultancy that punches above its weight on high–profile residential and hotel projects across London and beyond. With a strong pipeline of work and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for someone who is technically strong, people–focused, and eager to keep learning.
What you'll be doing:
Leading the mechanical design on projects from concept to delivery.
Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a positive team culture.
Liaising directly with clients, architects, and project teams.
Taking an active role in shaping the business as it grows – particularly at Associate level.
What they're looking for:
Strong experience in building services mechanical design (preferably within the UK).
Exposure to residential and/or hospitality projects.
A proactive communicator who enjoys working with clients and colleagues alike.
Someone who is always looking to improve – technically and professionally.
CEng or working toward chartership is a plus.
