Senior Mechanical Engineer | Permanent | North-West hybrid | up to £70,000

Looking to make a real impact within a growing and boutique consultancy firm?

PT Renewables is partnered with a leading M&E Consultancy, working on some of the most exciting and complex projects across the UK.

We are supporting them to find a brand-new Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer to lead on building services projects across the business, bringing value to the business.

The Role

  • Leading the mechanical design of building services (HVAC, plumbing, heating) across residential, education, health, rail, and commercial projects.
  • Collaborating with electrical, structural, and other disciplines to deliver seamless M&E solutions.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior engineers and apprentices.
  • Engaging with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Driving innovation, sustainability, and cost-effective solutions in your designs.

About You

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in mechanical building services design.
  • HNC/HND or higher in Mechanical Engineering (experience is what matters the most).
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, building services, and associated regulations.
  • A problem-solver with great communication skills and a proactive mindset.
