A major water utility company is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to modernize and enhance sewage treatment works. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working on complex capital projects. The position offers a salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum, along with flexible hybrid working conditions and various benefits including holiday entitlement and a pension scheme.
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you play a vital role in our mission to modernise and enhance Thames Water’s sewage treatment works. Your expertise is essential in delivering innovative, cost-effective, and resilient solutions that protect our communities, safeguard the environment, and preserve vital ecosystems. You’ll also work closely with our contractors to ensure that all designs align with our technical requirements and quality standards.
Hybrid working at Oxford Sewage Treatment Works. The successful candidate will be required on-site 2-3 days per week.
36 hours a week, Monday to Friday.
