Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & develop high-precision mechanical systems
2. Optimise designs for performance, manufacturability & reliability
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical deliverables
4. Lead testing & analysis to ensure designs meet performance standards
5. Cross discipline collaboration
6. Mentor & support junior engineers

Key Requirements:

1. Degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent experience
2. Previously taken a product from concept to production
3. Experience in developing electro-mechanical products
4. Knowledge of thermal & structural analysis
5. Expert 3D CAD design skills (SolidWorks/Inventor)
6. Strong understanding of DFMA & FMEA
