This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a multidisciplined building services consultancy who provide an innovative approach to the built environment. The successful candidate will join their building services team in their offices in East Sussex.

Role responsibilities include:

• Help develop and grow the mechanical engineering team by providing solutions to projects and mentor the more junior members
• Maintain current client relationship and help acquire new clients, business and opportunities
• Produce sustainable and mechanical strategies for buildings and make sure quality design measures are met
• Carry out site surveys and inspections throughout the construction phase

The ideal candidate will have:

• An educational background within mechanical or building services engineering
• Chartership or working towards their CIBSE accreditation
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a mechanical and building services engineering field, with a successful background in designing projects through all stages of development
• Experience with multidisciplinary projects and working within a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
