Harley Haddow, a leading engineering consultancy, is seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join our Birmingham office. You will lead the Mechanical Services design on assigned projects and act as lead consultant in M&E discussions with clients and design teams.

The role requires strong project management, the ability to oversee junior engineers, and a commitment to quality and timely delivery. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in mechanical engineering or chartered equivalent.
• Experience in MEP project delivery and design.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Mechanical Services design delivery on projects.
• Manage junior staff and project workloads.
• Coordinate with teams and clients through project stages.
• Ensure QA and on-time delivery.
