Qualifications

• Strong experience in mechanical building services design.
• Good understanding of UK regulations, standards, and industry guidance.
• Ability to apply engineering judgement and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Managing design delivery from early concept through to completion.
• Acting as technical lead for mechanical engineering input.
• Producing calculations, reports, specifications, and technical documentation.

Skills

Strong experience in mechanical building services

Good understanding of UK regulations

Strong communication skills

Education
