Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (HNC, ONC, or similar considered with relevant experience).
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes within the nuclear sector.
• Nuclear industry experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of bespoke mechanical machinery and handling systems.
• Produce detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings using CAD and SolidWorks.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including project managers and structural engineers.
