Job summary

You will lead delivery of mechanical design solutions, own complex tasks, guide reviews, and collaborate with SMEs across domains including Aircraft Modification, Land Platforms, and Ship design. Proficiency in CAD, FEA/CFD, and design verification is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Extensive CAD/PDM experience
• Significant experience creating technical drawings and working with suppliers/customers

Responsibilities

• Lead design reviews and chair reviews for internal tasks and clients
• Deliver optimized mechanical designs and manage technical teams
• Ensure verification, validation, and regulatory compliance needs are addressed
• Develop and apply design thinking to create robust solutions
• Communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders to manage expectations
