Job summary

Tiger Resourcing Group in Warwick is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer with product development experience to join a dynamic technical team. You'll work across consumer products, transport solutions and medical devices to deliver innovative, high-quality designs.

You'll collaborate with designers, electronics and software engineers, lead work packages, and mentor junior engineers while applying CAE tools to create robust solutions that meet demanding performance and manufacturability criteria.

Qualifications

• A 1st or Upper 2nd degree in mechanical engineering from a university with a strong engineering reputation.
• Experience in product design or development using CAE tools to deliver product solutions.
• Eligible to work in the UK and able to work in Warwick studios.
• Knowledge of rapid prototyping and high-volume manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead specific work packages and drive technical outcomes.
• Guide and check the work of junior engineers and mentor teammates.
• Collaborate with designers, electronics and software engineers to integrate product design.
• Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues.
