Qualifications

• Strong real-world experience in mechanical design.
• Proficient in 3D CAD for complex humanoid assemblies.
• Experience delivering prototypes to production-scale hardware.
• Ability to work across mechanical, electrical and software teams.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components and subsystems for humanoid robots with novel mechanisms.
• Take concepts through prototype, testing, iteration and production.
• Balance aesthetics, performance, durability, cost and manufacturability.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams for proto and production.
• Integrate with sensors, actuators, control, and embedded hardware.
• Generate detailed engineering documentation and BOMs.
• Support regulatory and safety requirements for robotics.
