Qualifications

• Strong background in mechanical design, statics, dynamics, and material science.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D parametric CAD (preferably Autodesk Inventor).
• Deep understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.
• Strong background in mechanism design and actuator integration.
• Hands-on prototyping experience.

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components for humanoid robots using CAD tools.
• Engineer high-performance robotic linkages and optimize for energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with manufacturing for rapid prototyping and testing.
• Conduct mechanical analysis and validation testing.
• Generate and maintain detailed engineering documentation.
