Job summary

ALPINE RACING LIMITED is seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join the Mechanical Design group in the Engineering Office at Enstone. You will own designs for suspension components and subsystems, applying strong engineering fundamentals to deliver performance improvements for Alpine F1 Team.

The role requires degree-level engineering education and experience in high-level motorsport, with CATIA V5/3DX experience preferred; NX is also acceptable with training.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in F1 or high-level motorsport.
• Strong problem-solving and design skills.
• Familiarity with CAD tools like CATIA or NX.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design specifications from cradle to grave for suspension components and subsystems.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and collaborate with the team.
• Develop detailed designs, patterns, jigs and build tooling as required.
