Responsibilities

• Delivering detailed mechanical building services designs across a range of sectors including Residential, Student Accommodation, Data Centres, and Commercial developments.
• Working on projects from early concept (RIBA Stage 1) through to delivery (Stage 5).
• Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery is on time and to specification.
• Attending occasional site or office visits (approx. once a week).

Hybrid / Remote (Northwest, Midlands, South East)
6–12 months
£40–£45/hr (Outside IR35)
We are working with a leading consultancy who, due to a significant pipeline of secured work, are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team on a contract basis.
What You will Be Doing:

Delivering detailed mechanical building services designs across a range of sectors including Residential, Student Accommodation, Data Centres, and Commercial developments.

Working on projects from early concept (RIBA Stage 1) through to delivery (Stage 5).
*
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery is on time and to specification.
*
Attending occasional site or office visits (approx. once a week).
*
Using Revit to produce and coordinate designs – experience essential.
