This position reports to the Design Team Leader or their designee; it is located in Maranello, Italy. Responsible for designing F1 chassis-related components and mechanical assemblies.
GCSE, High School diploma or equivalent required. Further education including a Mechanical Engineering degree preferred. Minimum 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 in a professional motorsports environment or F1 companies.
Must work efficiently in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments, with occasional domestic and international travel, and flexible hours including weekends. May require lifting up to 50 pounds, repetitive bending, squatting, manual dexterity, and working around machinery, race cars, rigs, debris, and hazardous fluids. Compliance with health and safety policies is mandatory.
