Reevr Talent Ltd. seeks a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to lead aerospace projects in a highly regulated environment. You will develop complete mechanical designs, produce CAD models and drawings, and verify compliance of technical documents.

The role requires experience in aerospace or similar regulated industries, strong CAD and drawing skills, and the ability to mentor junior engineers within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Experience leading projects in aerospace or highly regulated industries.

The Role as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

• Lead projects within an approved aerospace design organisation.

• Develop complete, approved mechanical design solutions.

• Liaise with customers, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects effectively.

• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to support the development of other engineers.

About You as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

• Degree qualified, or equivalent, in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.

• Significant experience as a Mechanical Design Engineer, ideally with project leadership responsibility.

• Experience working within aerospace or another highly regulated industry, such as defence, automotive, medical devices or similar sectors.

• Strong CAD modelling, engineering drawing and design verification skills.

• Good understanding of engineering standards, compliance and regulatory requirements.

• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and mentor others.

• Strong attention to detail and an understanding of engineering and business management principles.
