Job Description:

Do you get 28 days holiday (plus BHs), brand new car options, and shares with your job?

Here you do.

Are you tired of M&E getting all the challenges?

Wish your projects were MEP led.

They are here. With end user clients such as schools, charities, housing associations, and commercial landlords, you are in control of the design process. They look to you for guidance on how to improve their facilities, the duration of schemes, and site visits.

This is a strong business model. Their clients also pay on time, creating a positive work environment.

You’ll also get autonomy (with guidance) to run projects as you see fit.

There are real career opportunities here. Connor, who recently joined with no management experience, is now mentoring a graduate engineer, helping the team grow and expanding his skills.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Mechanical design from stage 1-5 on new build and refurbishment schemes
  • Work at site or in the office. It’s up to you. Whether you enjoy crunching numbers or meeting clients, the team’s flexibility supports your preferences.
  • Collaborate with in-house architects and surveyors

You’ll need to have:

  • Good software skills
  • An appreciation of the construction process

If this sounds good, please get in touch as soon as possible. Don’t worry if your CV is not up to date; we can update it later.
