You've probably worked somewhere where your ideas get lost in a sea of red tape. This isn't one of those places.

This is a senior-level role, sure, but it's not all spreadsheets and sign-off. You'll still be deeply involved in the technical detail: calculations, analysis, materials selection and client conversations. You'll also get a say in product development - improving what already exists and helping bring new ideas to life.
- 3 days in the office, 2 from home - once you're through probation
