Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop engineering solutions, balancing schedule, quality, and cost while sticking to company processes.
- Work with customers, suppliers, and teammates in mechanical, systems, and hardware disciplines to explain and refine your designs.
- Manage mechanical system requirements, validate them against industry standards, and prove compliance through testing, inspection, or analysis.
- Build work estimates and plans, keep projects on track, and adapt as needed.
- Mentor apprentices, interns, grads, and junior engineers—sharing your expertise to grow the team while leading by example.
- Drive improvements in processes, tools, and workflows, keeping everything sharp and compliant.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Extensive experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on leading projects.
