They are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to lead innovative engineering projects, driving product enhancements and continuous improvement while providing critical technical support to cross-functional teams. You'll manage design updates, oversee engineering changes, and develop creative solutions that meet global standards.
The Role:
- Solve complex engineering problems
- 3D CAD design
- Improve current product ranges
- Prototype, test & validate designs
- Mechanism & component design
- Produce bills of materials
- Work with production to solve technical issues
Requirements:
- Degree in relevant engineering discipline
- Strong 3D CAD skills
- Experience in the full product lifecycle
- Good understanding of different manufacturing processes
- Industry experience in rotating equipment, oil & gas, subsea & power generation
- Knowledge of hydraulic & pneumatics is advantageous
