The first American Formula 1 team to compete since 1986, MoneyGram Haas F1 Team made an immediate impression with a memorable points-scoring debut at the 2016 Australian Grand Prix. Nine years later, the team continues to demonstrate growth and a clear direction, coming off its second-best season to date in Formula 1.

This position reports to the Design Team Leader or their designee; it is located in Maranello, Italy. Responsible for designing F1 chassis-related components and mechanical assemblies.
GCSE, High School diploma, or equivalent required. Further education, including a Mechanical Engineering degree, preferred. Minimum of 6 years of work experience, with at least 3 in a professional motorsports environment or F1 companies.
Ability to prioritize in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. Occasional domestic and international travel may be required. Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, squatting, manual dexterity, and working in environments with machinery, race cars, debris, and hazardous fluids. Compliance with health and safety policies is mandatory.
