Key Highlights

• Lead mechanical coordination from pre-construction to site handover

• Work with innovative systems like ASHPs, HIUs, MVHR, and more

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in mechanical coordination or technical delivery
• Strong knowledge of modern mechanical systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Procore or BIM experience (desirable but not essential)
• Trade background or formal qualification in building services a plus
