Responsibilities

• Produce accurate material/equipment take-offs from drawings or schedules.
• Review contract documentation, specifications, and pricing.
• Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors for quotations.
• Produce detailed estimate breakdowns for each mechanical package.
• Price contract variations with cost breakdowns.
• Provide quantified schedules of rates and job-specific qualifications.
• Attend site meetings with clients and organise labour and subcontractors.
• Produce Operating and Maintenance Manuals for completed projects.
