Job summary

OUTSOURCE CONSTRUCTION LTD in Central London is seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to lead on-site mechanical installation for a major project. You will work with the Project Manager, subcontractors and cross-functional teams to deliver safely, on time and to a high standard.

You will manage installation from site setup to commissioning, coordinate subcontractors and installation teams, review drawings and ensure adherence to quality, schedule and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager or Mechanical Site Manager.
• Experience delivering large commercial, data centre, life sciences or major fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and site coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors and installation teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing the mechanical installation from initial site setup through to commissioning and handover.
• Coordinating mechanical subcontractors, labour and site activities.
• Monitoring quality, progress and programme.
• Reviewing drawings, technical information and installation requirements.
• Working closely with electrical, design and commissioning teams.
• Attending progress meetings and providing regular project updates.
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Identifying and resolving site issues before they affect delivery.
