Adeptus Talent Limited is seeking a Senior/Principal Mechanical Building Services Engineer in North Bristol with hybrid working arrangements. The role focuses on leading mechanical building services design across UK projects, delivering detailed Stage 4 designs, and mentoring junior staff.

You will collaborate with clients, architects and multidisciplinary teams, while conducting site surveys and overseeing commissioning.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to lead mechanical building services design across UK projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design and calculation methods.
• Experience producing technical drawings (AutoCAD essential).

Aufgaben

• Lead mechanical building services design across all RIBA stages.
• Deliver Stage 4 technical design and detailed mechanical layouts.
• Manage projects from feasibility through to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct site visits, surveys and inspections.
• Oversee installation, commissioning and contractor performance.
• Mentor graduate and junior engineers.
